Your satisfaction is our goal – and has been since 1928.
The tradition of the Otte family begins in a truly royal environment. In 1928, Adolf Otte opened his first bakery at Charlottenburg Palace.
It was his son Paul who had a flair for cakes and fine pies. He succeeded in taking over the Schloss Conditorei in Otto-Suhr-Allee. In the 1950s, Paul and Ella Otte sent their son Manfred to Switzerland to learn the trade from the best confectioners in Europe. He did this with passion and then gained experience in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam and on cruise ships.
