everything rolling The idea for our dumpling restaurant came about during my year abroad in China. Almost every day I ate dumplings with fellow students – they can be found on every corner. In Germany, however, one searched in vain for this diversity. Back in Germany, I told my family about the idea of opening a dumpling restaurant, and the enthusiasm was immediate great. Months of experimentation and refinement of our recipe followed. On May 9, 2016, the time had finally come: With the active support of my family, we opened Aachen's first dumpling restaurant.
