Pizzeria Vulcano was born in 2018 with a very clear idea: to make real pizza, without shortcuts and with the product as a starting point. From day one we are committed to ingredients of the highest quality and a dough with its own recipe, worked with time, knowledge and a formula that cannot be explained, it is recognized in every bite.
Over the years we have not stopped growing, but always maintaining the same commitment: improving the raw materials, fine-tuning each process and respecting the trade. The wood oven continues to be the heart of our cuisine and the passion for well-made gastronomy, our way of understanding this project.
