Vivian “Vivi” Grider is a self-invested entrepreneur of over 10 years and has developed her beauty brand to service the “every” woman demographic. As Vivian began to develop her brand, she launched a full-service salon in Huntsville, AL, at a major shopping plaza, servicing all nationalities and hair types. In 2013, Vivian was able to advance her company and move into Madison Square Mall where she was able to split the business into two cohesive entities, a salon and spa called Xpress Weave Bar and Nails. Soon after, she premiered Vivid Boutique in the same Mall, successfully running three businesses at once. Xpress Weave Bar is a full-service hair salon which is known for their 90 minute sew-ins, in which Vivian also offers a luxury hair line and hair care products. In 2016 the Madison Square Mall closed for renovations, wherein Vivian decided to seize the opportunity to continue expanding her brand. The same year, she launched Vivid Boutique as its own store front and opened an Xpress Weave Bar 615 in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nashville location continues to offer full-service options to all hair types, while specializing extensively in natural hair care services. In 2019, Vivian’s businesses continued to grow with an additional installment of a Vivid Boutique in Selma, Alabama.
