Back at it! After years behind my bar on the Appelmarkt until the ‘70s (just around the corner), followed by an adventure in Paris, I happily come back to my beloved Groenmarkt. “Café Onder de Linde, oldest pub in Amersfoort, for sale?!” With screeching tires back to tap, where the beer can flow, the smell of the Dutch pot reminds you of all the old good things and the fresh French inspiration will give my bistro café a new charm. The place with walls full of stories, where everyone is welcome to join – from believers to rascals and from old friends to new faces. ‘I'm looking forward to it!
