Shotley Kidzone is a committee-managed preschool childcare provider located in Ipswich, Suffolk (IP9 1NR), rather than Sevenoaks, Kent. Originally established in 1964 as the Shotley Village Playgroup, the organization moved to the grounds of Shotley Primary School in 1984 before opening its current purpose-built facility in November 2004. Over the years, the setting has grown significantly to serve children from 3 months up to 11 years old. This expansion includes the October 2025 opening of its new sister setting, Chelmo Kidzone, in the neighboring village of Chelmondiston Shotley Kidzone.
