Rustic, wood-fired Italian elegance tucked away in a scenic historic alley.
The former St. George's Monastery in Krommestraat (city center of Amersfoort) has housed it since the 1970s Italian Restaurant San Giorgio. Not only the name, the interior also reflects something of the history of the building: characteristic beams, different seating levels and cozy passages. All this interspersed with sunny frescoes of Italian landscapes. In short: a piece of Italian charm in a very Dutch entourage.
