Rodríguez BCN was founded in 1976. Its founder, José Rodríguez Santiso, began his career in the locksmithing industry, offering home security upgrades to his clients. He specialized in the installation and repair of all types of locks and key duplication, and gradually expanded into the safe industry.
Due to the success of his work, in 1984 he opened his first physical store in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona to offer his customers better service. With great enthusiasm and effort, he expanded his business into other sectors, such as the installation of doors and mailboxes for residential communities and businesses, without ever abandoning locksmithing.
In 1990, his son Carlos Rodríguez joined the family business. In addition to providing all the services his father offered, he decided to specialize primarily in the safe sector. Eventually, he became an authorized service center for safes from the leading national brands.
Three years later, in 1993, Rodríguez BCN opened a second store in the Les Corts neighborhood of Barcelona.
Today, after 42 years, Carlos Rodríguez is at the helm of the company. He and his team work tirelessly to maintain the business with enthusiasm and a desire for continuous growth.
