yann and hervé knew that by creating a menu that encourages sharing, friendship, and flavors… you might find yourself thinking: “i can’t decide between this and that, what about you?” “i’d like two appetizers instead of one main course, but they won’t let me?” “i want to try everything!”… and that once you’re served, you might still be thinking: “i should have ordered that…” “oh! that looks nice, can i have a taste from your plate?” “that’s lovely what you ordered, if only i’d known!”… so we thought about it, worked on it, tried different things, and imagined a different kind of menu: no appetizers or main courses, no categories or subcategories, just hot and cold options. what could be more convivial during a meal than sharing it with friends? feel free to choose or let yourself be guided, discover new flavors, try everything, and above all, have a great evening! to ensure a pleasant evening, and because we believe in sharing food, we recommend a minimum of 3 dishes for 2 people (excluding desserts). share and enjoy!
