On a delicate base of crème fraîche and green pesto, find a melting mozzarella that brings all its creaminess, accompanied by thin strips of red onions and pieces of lightly salted feta. The whole is sublimated by delicate slices of raw ham, for a touch of character and greed.
When it comes out of the oven, a delicious drizzle of virgin olive oil completes the whole and brings that little fruity note that makes all the difference.
