PIG-CASSO’S is a catering company, which is based in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire and is owned by its founder, Stephen Connon. The company aims to cater for a range of events, from corporate parties, to weddings and even 60th birthdays, providing high quality products at affordable prices. Our menu includes a range of exciting food: slow smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked pork belly burnt ends, served on freshly baked artisan brioche buns with shredded lettuce, red onion and pickles. Please feel free to contact us to find out more (you name it and we will smoke it: ribs, lamb, brisket, sausages). Stephen has been passionate about cooking since he was young and had always dreamed of owning and operating a business.
