Miam started as a humble dream- to make beautiful cakes with uncompromising ingredients and technique. We are here to make cakes that are rooted in craft and bold in flavour.
Miam began in 2015 in a converted room with a single oven and a stubborn refusal to imitate what was popular. At a time when Delhi wanted only brownies, cupcakes, and fondant-heavy cakes, we introduced entremets. What seemed niche then has since become a signature– shaping not only Miam’s identity but also a new standard for pastry across India.
