Maul’s Wine and Cheese Bar, established in 2017, is Salisbury’s home of wine and cheese. Inspired by the owners’ first date over a cheese board and a glass of Montepulciano wine, the bar was created from a shared passion for exceptional wine and artisan cheese. Set within a late 15th-century building illuminated by over 10,000 fairy lights, Maul’s offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy carefully selected cheeses, charcuterie, and some of the finest wines in the city.
