Old little pub, next to a pond and offering a large shaded terrace.
The Café-Laiterie les Pêcheries is first and foremost the fulfillment of an incredible childhood dream. Originally, the building had been used since 1904 as a Café-Laiterie, a place of reunion for the inhabitants of the district. Unfortunately, it fell prey to a devastating fire that left it abandoned for 10 years. Until the day when 3 friends, Alain Gérard, Jerry Gendarme and Patrick Gelder, decided to take up a slightly crazy challenge: to bring these ruins back to life to make them a restaurant-brasserie. The aim was, above all, to preserve the cultural soul of these places classified by the Brussels region. Les Pêcheries enjoys a unique setting on the edge of a vast pond located in the middle of the only eco-park in Brussels, the Parc de la Héronière.
