the beef plate assiette au bœuf: created in the 1970s, the assiette au bœuf restaurant became a true institution. as its name suggests, the concept owes its success to its emblematic dish: le bœuf paradis, a piece of beef selected from the heart of the sirloin, seared to order and thinly sliced, served with its exceptional sauce paradis, developed to enhance the finesse and deliciousness of our meat, accompanied by unlimited homemade fresh fries. discover web-assietteauboeuf-ilandehe-242.jpg our map the menu is based on a set menu consisting of a salad to start, five hot dishes (beef, fish, or poultry), and three beef tartares, accompanied by unlimited homemade fries. all the recipes are created by juan sanchez, head chef and co-director of the group. the wine list is designed to enhance each of our recipes. morgane baudaire, a passionate oenologist and co-director of the group, selects and blends grape varieties with her winemaking partners.
