the story an unusual story with its unusual history, le rustique in mulhouse has undergone numerous transformations since its creation. indeed, before delighting your taste buds, the establishment was a gathering place for bowling enthusiasts. it was 35 years ago that the bader family bought this iconic place to turn it into a restaurant specializing in tarte flambée, until their retirement. since then, they have passed the torch to daniel and fanny, making way for gourmet traditions! the bowling lanes, which still exist, were fitted out by the restaurant's cellars, but le rustique in mulhouse retains, through the generations, the playful and friendly atmosphere of the place! restaurant mulhouse section title section title restaurant le rustique the restaurant homemade dishes and seasonal suggestions le rustique in mulhouse, a talent born from several generations, takes you on a journey to the heart of alsatian specialties… daniel, son of a restaurant owner, worked for several years in the family restaurant “l’aubergine” before opening their own restaurant with his partner fanny, formerly an accountant. the team now consists of 7 dedicated members who are eager to introduce you to fresh, homemade dishes and seasonal specials. not to mention the cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that is sure to charm you.
