The name of Las Patronas pays tribute to all local heroes who change the world — especially the great act of solidarity of the women known as "Las Patronas": Leonila, her daughter, and her granddaughter. Three women from the Mexican town of "La Patrona" who started an incredible solidarity movement thanks to their spontaneous generosity. Their story has inspired hundreds of novels and films and has earned numerous awards and recognitions. Now the legend lives on as the name of these restaurants
