A chameleon venue that easily brews culture, food, and good beers together in a joyfully bustling energy.
A mixed place where a bar with a wide choice of local craft beers meets, a micro-brewery where we brew on site, a restaurant based on local and seasonal products with a changing menu and finally, a 340 m2 space in the center of the Cours Julien, giving pride of place to artistic expression: Concerts, performances, exhibitions, workshops, theatre, residencies, screenings...
This project was born from the desire to professionalize a know-how by adding moral convictions and values. The result is a puzzle made up of a multitude of pieces, represented as much by artistic and activist projects as by sharing experiences, meetings over a drink or letting go...
