alphonse is my grandfather, a butcher by trade he instilled in me a love of good food, quality products, and homemade goodness… once i grew up, i had to leave this gourmet haven to endure the bland and indigestible fare of my company cafeteria. and then one day, not just out of culinary despair, i decided to set off to discover the world, backpack on my back, recipe book in my pocket. i came back with the conviction that good and healthy eating could be enjoyed just as well around a good table as on board a three-wheeled vehicle! it was time to return to school (ducasse) to hone my skills as an apprentice cook and to work on the design of simone. today, simone, a gleaming mobile canteen, offers delicious slow-cooked dishes, salads, and decadent desserts, all prepared with fresh ingredients in her kitchen, right at the foot of your office building. come meet simone and discover her ready-to-eat meals, warmed up and ready to enjoy! for today's menu
