Kokoro Gastro Sushi opens its doors in January 2015, a personal project of Álvaro Sevilla, a young chef, trained in Kitchen Management at the Murcia Hospitality School. Self-taught and passionate about Japanese gastronomy, he launched successive projects for third parties related to Japanese food over 3 years, until starting his own, managing to place it among the best restaurants in Murcia capital in just over two years.
