In the spring of 2018 we started with a small pick-up shop in Bennebroek. Now a café in Haarlem. We are two passionate chefs, Ipul comes from Java Indonesia and Raymond is a Dutchman who has cooked all over the world while traveling. Every year we travel to Indonesia to experience the latest trends in the culinary field. We take this with us to the Netherlands and match the recipes to offer in our business.
