The Art of Japanese Dining.
The name Kômiwa is composed of 3 kanji Kô (Happiness) Mi (Beauty) Wa (2 meanings Harmony and Japan). These 3 kanji summarize the philosophy of this restaurant: that people feel happy tasting Japanese food and, at the same time, share my passion for gastronomy and respect for the culture of my country. The menu we propose is a unique tasting menu that covers different dishes of Japanese food without fusions, some of which are inspired by old recipes that my family has passed down through generations. If during your stay in Kômiwa you felt like you were in Japan and smiled and enjoyed our food, we will have achieved our goal!
