Your Local Family Butcher
We are a family run business established in 1930 by Joseph Morris who set up a small shop in the village of South Kilworth in Leicestershire.
As the business and the demand for the quality meat grew David Morris and Reginald Morris (sons of Joseph) began to expand the business. In 1960 David opened a second shop and Reg followed the path of farming and raising the animals.
The business is now in its fourth generation with the great grandsons of Joseph working in the shops around Leicestershire and Warwickshire at the Rugby, South Kilworth and Wigston stores.
The butchers also has a successful catering business, providing your local restaurants with the highest quality meat, look out for our name on the menus.
Joseph Morris Butchers Ltd prides itself on providing customers with the highest quality meat and service.
2019 saw our Rugby Store nominated and put through as a finalist in the Meat Management Awards for Best Butcher Shop!
This fantastic store is the largest of our three and prides itself on its originality, catering to everyone’s needs. Whether its brisket on the bone, fillet steaks or boerewors sausage, Joseph Morris has the quality meat for you.
