Founded in Genoa in 1970, Il Trofiaio is a family run pasta maker dedicated to the authentic flavors of Ligurian tradition. Run by brothers Ivan, Franco, and Giuseppe, we craft exceptional fresh pasta from classic trofie to rich Genoese ravioli using simple, high quality ingredients.
