It all began in 1986 with the creation of the company Maisons PRINTANES, a builder of individual houses. The company developed over the years to finally become FABRICE JURZAK CONSTRUCTIONS in 1999. The COPANOR and then FEVRIER brands were successively attached.
In parallel with the individual house, Fabrice Jurzak also launched the real estate development company SAJAC IMMOBILIER in 2005, in order to expand his offer and best meet the needs of customers.
In 35 years, more than 2500 traditional or contemporary houses have been built in Calvados.
FABRICE JURZAK CONSTRUCTIONS, a member of the UCI-FFB, is a human-sized company with around fifteen employees. Its head office is located in Caen, and it also has agencies located in Caen, Pont-L'Eveque, Lisieux and Falaise.
