Welcome to GoodTech™ and what we reckon are NZ's best pre-owned and refurbished phones and consumer tech.
We're a local company based in Auckland, shipping next business day delivery nationwide (for orders received before 1pm weekdays) which means you should receive your order in no time at all. Our workshop and retail space is based at 1a Elgin St, Grey Lynn, central Auckland.
We started way back in 2014, when Fraser returned from the US after running the Best Buy mobile phone returns programme, where he got to see up close the fantastic quality, cost savings, and sustainability options pre-owned mobile phones can provide.
We believe that you shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to have great technology and fantastic customer service. And if that means we can make the lifecycle of a device go for that bit longer then that's great too.
Purchasing pre-owned tech devices makes a lot of sense but there have historically been too many unknowns and risks for most people. We're changing all that.
We have unique access to premium overseas tech suppliers. We select the best devices from these companies, fully test and check them before making them available for sale in New Zealand.
Each pre-owned device comes freshly boxed up in recyclable packaging with everything you need to get started including a full 30-day, no questions asked, replacement or refund guarantee.
