Rosie Goates is the face behind and owner of Goates Cakes. Her cakery is based in a beautiful village called Brampton. She was born in Guatemala and then adopted by her amazing parents who brought her back to Camberwell, London. Since then Rosie has lived in Godmanchester, Bedford and now she is back to living closer to her parents. Over the years Rosie has enjoyed baking cakes for friends and family but the real passion came when she baked her daughters first birthday cupcakes. She then had her son four years later and has been creating their birthday cakes ever since. Not only is Rosie a mother to her two children, she is also a mum to a Bengal cat, a French Bulldog and two Guinea Pigs! The day Rosie decided to create her business was when her mum asked her to make two cakes for a church fete in Godmanchester.
