The Pilón de la Negra it emerged in December 2017 as a different option, an alternative for the people of Murcia and an approach to all those people who long for their land, their beloved homeland Venezuela. Through the seasoning and affection that Joel puts into everything he does, and Paco who is moved by his passion for making others happy through the gastronomic and sensory experience, we want to pay tribute to Venezuelan and Latin food, but above all to Sabina Solorzano, Joel's grandmother, who, like those women of yesteryear, they worked tirelessly in the Windward fields in Venezuela, grinding the corn in the basin, singing all at the same sound... “io, io, hit that pylon hard, io, io...
