El Fondín Restaurant is located in the old town of Oviedo, at the entrance to the emblematic Trascorrales square. Our cuisine is based on seasonal products, with the privilege of having the El Fontán market just 100 meters away, which allows us to work with fresh and local ingredients.
Behind all this we are María in the kitchen, accompanied by Carolina and Viola, and Chema with Sana and Nuria, in the living room. A couple with their team, who lives this project with love, taking care of every detail so that whoever visits us feels comfortable.
At El Fondín we are committed to sincere cuisine, where the product is the true protagonist.
