began as a showcase for Aceitunas Vicente González, has become in these
two years of operation a great reference point for food on Madrid Street, No. 11We have kept olives and pickles because they are of the highest quality and we are pioneers of pickling in this city, hence the phrase "since forever in Burgos", due to our long history in the sector.
