Del Arco was founded in September 1982 by Ramón Sánchez del Arco, whose professional career was supported by the launch, a decade earlier, of the El Urogallo hospitality complex, located in El Entrego, in the heart of the Nalón basin. Currently, Del Arco has not lost its family imprint, and is directed by Juan Ramón Sánchez, son of the founder.
The quality, service and good work obtained after almost four decades of work are the main lines of Del Arco, a restaurant with an intimate and cozy flavor and that offers on its tables, sheltered in a noble wood decoration, the best of a renewed and current traditional gastronomy.
