About us

Where You Feel at Home in Granada.

Located in the Albaicín neighborhood, this restaurant is a benchmark in the Granada hospitality industry. Its origins date back to January 1932, when it opened its doors as a winery under the name 'Casa Paco', founded by Francisco Martínez, Torcuato's father, who would later give its name to the establishment.

The effort, dedication and family roots allowed the business to evolve in 1982, incorporating the restaurant service. Since then, the history of Casa Torcuato has been that of an open house, built on the loyalty of its clients and respect for tradition.

Today it is the fourth generation, represented by Juan Manuel Martínez, that assumes the commitment to preserve and project this legacy, keeping alive the essence of the most authentic Granada cuisine. Casa Torcuato returns to continue being what it has always been: a place where tradition, cuisine and people meet.
