Maison Carbillet is a family passion... Colette and Guy Carbillet, who had just been honoured with his Master Craftsman diploma, moved to 84 rue de la Préfecture in 1973. Thanks to the trust and loyalty of their customers, Maison Carbillet has become a must-see place for lovers of sweet pleasures.
The manufacturing workshop, which had become too cramped, was then moved 500 meters from the historic shop, before Alexandre, the eldest son of the Carbillet couple, joined the family business after an apprenticeship at the Edé house, a famous pastry and chocolate factory in Nervers.
In 2007, the Carbillet family carried out a project that was close to their hearts, i.e. the opening of a shop, located at 58 rue des Forges, in the heart of the city of Dijon...
Finally, in 2017, a new shop was opened, this time north of Dijon, in the artisanal zone of Fontaine-Ahuy.
