In reality, Italian cuisine and that of our region are the exact opposite.
A perennial play of contrasts, a meeting of ingredients and techniques from all over the world. A history born of domination, but also of conquests and extraordinary discoveries.
Novara has always been a crossroads. Part Piedmontese, part Lombardy. A land in between that has acquired its own distinct personality over the years, enriched by significant migratory flows.
Here you'll find rich risottos, but also stuffed pastas, sumptuous braised and boiled winter meats, traditional Mediterranean dishes that our mothers and grandmothers transformed into exquisite preparations, in the midst of an economic boom that gave so much to these lands.
Then there are the typical products like Gorgonzola, rice, Novara biscuits, salami d'la duja, and fidighin... In short, Novara is truly a wonderful city, and its cuisine is waiting to be discovered... We've created a light, modern, healthy, and contemporary version!
We're in Novara, in the heart of the historic center, within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but just a few hundred meters from several parking lots, such as those near the Hotel Europa and the Caserma Perrone, home to the University of Eastern Piedmont. We're also just a few hundred meters from the Novara train station. Come and discover us.
