In 1522, André Boëhm created the Golden Chain. It is in tribute to its founder that in 2023, the Brasserie Boëhm will move into the walls of this Strasbourg institution.
With a renovation orchestrated by Olivier Lopez, our neo-brewery today embodies the perfect fusion between modernity and tradition, where the mosaic fresco on the floor and the greenery complete a trendy atmosphere inspired by history.
The large central bar, the vaulted room overlooked by a colorful glass roof, but also the terrace and the room that can be privatized are all places that invite you to live a unique experience.
