Bairoz is a market cuisine – at lunchtime, from Tuesday to Saturday – and a gastronomic offer in the evening. Concerned about the taste experience offered as much as the respect for the producers, we favor the work of regional, quality and seasonal products.
In respect of the cycle of nature and the work of the producers, according to the seasons and the availability of the products, the menus offered are renewed regularly. On the wine list, the winemakers of the Loire Valley, including those of the Nantes region, are honored.
