Let me introduce myself, I'm Claudio Bellezza.
I have a few simple expectations, one of which is to leave a restaurant wanting to return.
When I first imagined Atipico, I wasn't even 30 years old and had so many ideas in my head. Today, I'm proud to have talented collaborators who work alongside me with passion and expertise to offer my guests moments of pleasure and well-being, enhanced by good food.
I'm obsessed with quality: from the Made in Italy ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, all the way to the service, which must always be meticulously organized.
I believe that energy is essential for doing anything and that moments of pleasure are essential for recovering energy.
Pleasure means eating well, but above all feeling good, having a wonderful experience and wanting to repeat it.
I've taken care of every detail of what you'll find. My goal is for my guests to find everything I'd expect from a restaurant: carefully prepared dishes, attentive and friendly waiters, impeccable service. I want them to have one of those experiences that leaves you smiling and wanting to return.
