The artisan bakery brø bakery was founded in February 2017 by two baking enthusiasts, Ilya Prokhorov and Denis Spivak. From its first day, the bakery supplied bread and pastries to Minsk cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. In March 2020, brø bakery's own cafe was added in Minsk at 119 Pobediteley Avenue, followed by a bakery at 4 Berestyanskaya Street in May 2021, a location at Komarovsky Market in July 2021, a pavilion in the Dana Mall shopping center in December 2022, and a cafe at 6 Griboyedova Street and a small shop in the Green Shopping Center in 2024.
