At Vesuvius you will find a traditional Neapolitan pizza, made with only the finest quality authentic ingredients imported from Italy. Our dough is made fresh everyday in the pizzeria using our secret recipe and the finest Italian flour Molini Pizzuti. Our soft and airy dough creates the perfect crust! The San Marzano tomato we use are grown close to Mount Vesuvius The mozzarella Fior di Latte cheese is smooth and extremely fresh and of exceptional quality and melts in the mouth And is all cooked in our spectacular oven which was handmade in Naples and imported especially for Vesuvius! To compliment our pizzas we also offer traditional Neapolitan street food starters including Parmigiana, Fritatina and Tris Montanarine.
