Ever since Marshall first fired up his grill 24 years ago – Marshall’s Bodacious BBQ Restaurant and Catering- has been a Ventura locals institution, proudly serving up mouthwatering, wood fire-grilled meats, chicken and ribs. Every item on our menu is prepared fresh from locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted to perfection. Each day, our experienced grill masters season our premium selections with our own proprietary spice rub, slow-cook them to the authentic flavor and tenderness only open wood flames can provide, then top them with our rich, signature BBQ sauce. While other inferior pretenders come and go. Marshall’s Bodacious BBQ has endured and flourished as the bedrock of Ventura’s thriving BBQ culture. Marshall is the founder of Marshall’s Bodacious BBQ. He was born and raised in Ventura, CA and is very well known as the “Entrepreneur Kid”. Marshall opened his own restaurant in August of 2001 cooking the best BBQ in Ventura County.
