our restaurant is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city, the 13th-century “troilo” residence, on the historic via argentieri, which can now be effectively defined as the “street of gastronomy” in the historic center of bolzano. the three spacious dining rooms (“stuben”), featuring splendid vaulted ceilings and welcoming wooden furnishings, can accommodate up to 150 people. in the warmer season, a terrace is set up outside for around fifty guests with typical tables and chairs reminiscent of the splendid munich “biergartens”. we serve south tyrolean and italian cuisine, and pizzas, continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., focusing on fresh, regional ingredients. all of this is accompanied by our own brand of beers, both on tap and in bottles. the gastronomic concept underlying our "brewery" is therefore a daily pursuit of harmony between the style and tradition of german establishments and the quality of italian cuisine
