in the heart of a historic district with half-timbered houses, chef olivier polla offers inspired and contemporary cuisine. behind the facade of this charming building lies an elegant and cozy interior, and on summer evenings, a delightful terrace at the foot of the saint aurélien chapel. his professional journey began with an apprenticeship at the hôtel du commerce in bourganeuf alongside charles jabet, before he decided to move to paris. he worked at the michelin-starred restaurant l'étoile d'or at the concorde lafayette, then at ledoyen with ghislaine arabian (two michelin stars). he then joined lucas carton under the direction of alain sanderens (three michelin stars). finally, he finished his career at la maison blanche with josé martinez. afterwards, he worked at nomad-food-design, a high-end parisian caterer. the amphitryon restaurant in limoges offers you: upstairs dining room with seating for 32 left-hand lounge, 11 place settings small lounge seating 5/6 restaurant seating for 20 business meals, seminars, weddings… on a budget
