A Giftiser is a promise by a Business (the Seller), to the Buyer, (just like a gift coupon), that if a
Giftiser purchased (from www.giftiser.com) is shown to the Seller by the Buyer,
the Seller will allow the Bearer/ Buyer to make purchases from the store, equal to the amount of the
Giftiser. If the purchases made are more than the amount of the Giftiser, the Buyer pays extra.
If the purchases made are less than the amount of the Giftiser, the Seller may or may not choose to provide
a store credit, or pay the balance, depending on their internal systems.
• What do we offer to Buyers..
You can search for businesses with names, categories, brands or locations you desire and find information
about
their products and services. When you like what these Sellers are offering, you can buy Giftisers from them
and we
will
send the Giftisers to yourself OR whoever you want. The Receivers can take the Giftiser to the Sellers Store
and shop
for
their gifts themselves.
• What do we offer to Sellers..
Giftiser.com helps small to medium sized independent retailers or wholesalers from all over the world to
market
themseleves. Sellers with a physical presence on the street, on the side walk or in a mall, can advertise
and
promote their products or services, and acquire feedback from their customers. Sellers can also publish
their
Giftisers, Rate lists, Store Timings, Locations, Specialties, Offers and Menus.
• We do not sell any products. We facilitate Giftisers offered by Sellers.
Giftiser.com is a marketplace where small to medium sized independent retail business owners can showcase
their
brands, advertise best products, prepare rate lists, publish menus, and acquire feedback from their
customers.
Sellers can also offer Giftisers of certain values. Customers/ Buyers can purchase these giftisers and send
them
to a friend/ relative by providing Receiver’s email address or phone number. As soon as a Giftiser is
purchased,
an email or SMS notification with a unique code is sent to the seller, the buyer and the receiver. The
receiver
(beneficiary) can then go to the seller's store, present the message with the unique code that was received
from
Giftiser.com and make purchases equal to the value of the Giftiser. Now you can let the receivers do the
shopping
themselves, instead of having to do the difficult task of choosing a gift for them and managing the shipping
or
paying delivery charges.
Various Sellers would have posted Giftisers of certain values. Buyers will search and select a suitable
Giftiser
of the desired value from a business of their like, and make a payment directly to the Sellers. The Buyers
can
send the Giftisers to friends. As soon as Giftisers are purchased, emails or an SMS notifications with a
unique
code is sent to the sellers, buyers, receivers, and to the Giftiser Administrator. The receivers can then go
to
the store, present the message with the unique Giftiser codes and buy gifts equal to the value of the
Giftiser,
themselves.
Go to http://www.giftiser.com and browse for various
businesses,
brands, locations and Giftisers posted by various sellers. It is advisable to register and login
before
starting to make any purchases.
Type the category name, the brand name, and/ or the city name to search. Alternatively, you can use
the
filters (drop down fields) to refine your search. You can also click on info icons, website icons
and location
icons to see more information posted by the Sellers.
Every Seller is shown with the following information;
Sellers Store Logo
Brand Names offered by the Seller
Name of the Seller and a link to seller’s profile, shop address, pictures, promotions, products
and
services, reviews by customers
The age group for the available products
The appropriate gender for the available products
The location (city/ country) of the store/ shop where the Giftiser can be used to make
purchases
The values of the Giftisers offered
Number of Giftisers available
After selecting a Seller from the information available, and deciding to buy a Giftiser, click on
the
desired checkbox. A notification showing “Added to Cart” will appear; and the shopping cart
icon at the
top will be updated with a number in red color. You can click on the floating icon for “View
Cart”
anytime to see the list of purchases made by you. You can also click on the icon for shopping cart
at the top
of the screen to see the details.
You can also unlick the checkbox, if you want, to remove a Giftiser from the shopping cart. A
message
saying “Removed from Cart” will appear.
You can verify the purchases made, make changes to the quantities, and update the shopping cart, as
necessary. Click on the “Continue” button after verifying the number of Giftisers and their
prices.
If you have not logged in yet, you will be asked to login first. Otherwise, under the list of
purchased
Giftisers, you will see radio buttons for various options for making payments, e.g. with Paypal or
Credit
Cards etc. Choose a payment option and click on the “Continue” button.
Provide the name of the receiver/ beneficiary and the email address of the receiver/ beneficiary.
Click on
“Checkout” button to go to the payment process.
You will be directed to the third party/ the web page for making payments according to the payment
method
chosen by you. E.g. www.paypal.com or www.2checkout.com. You can visit the help
sections of
these websites, in case there is a problem for making payments.
When the payment is successfully made, 4 SMS messages or emails will be sent by us.
One to the Buyer (Sender): The message will include an acknowledgement of the payment with a
list of
Giftisers being purchased. Unique codes will also be given to all giftisers. The message
will inlcude the
names of Sellers and Receivers.
One to the Seller/ Business Owner: The message will inform the seller to accept and allow
purchases from
their store equal to the amount of the Giftiser. The same Giftiser codes sent to the Buyer
will also be
sent to the seller. The message will include the names of Buyers and Receivers.
One to the Receiver (Beneficiary): The message will inform the Receivers about the Giftisers
being sent
to them. The same unique codes sent to the Seller and Buyer will be included. The message
will inlcude the
names of the Buyer/ Sender and the Location and Name of the Business/ Seller.
One to the Giftiser Support Team: To archive the sale and purchase in the system. Same date
will also
show in the transaction log of Sellers and Buyers.
The Receiver can now go to the Seller Store and show the email or SMS with the Giftiser code, and
buy gifts
equal to the value of the Giftisers sent to him.
• How to Claim your space on Giftiser.com
Sellers can email one@one-ppm.com and ask to be given access to their space on Giftiser.com. We will send
you the
username and password that you can use to login to Seller Dashboard. From the Seller Dashboard, the Sellers
can
make changes to their profile, change email addresses, change passwords, change logos, pictures, change
promotional content and create ratelists or menus.
• How to Sell Giftisers..
Sellers with a physical retail presence in the market as a legitimate business can register on
Giftiser.com and
offer Giftisers so that Buyers can learn about their businesses and purchase Giftisers and email them to
Receivers. Sellers are described as follows;
Sellers must represent independent retail stores and shops with a physical location where buyers can walk in
and buy
products and/ or services. Seller should not be an online business only.
Sellers must be registered as business with the local authority and must have a legal document
from the
local authority. Giftiser.com may ask for proof of registeration.
Seller must have a logo that represents their business.
REGISTERING THE SELLER:
Sellers will register at Giftiser.com as a Seller by clicking on
the link
to LOGIN at the top of the home page. Please check that you are not registering as a Buyer.
The Registeration can also be done by clicking on https://egseller.giftiser.com, and clicking on
"Register", and
then following these steps;
At the “Seller Registration Form” provide all the necessary details, especially the ones
marked with an
asterisk (*). This information will help the Buyers to decide while chosing your store for
buying
Giftisers.
Ensure that the Company name is accurate as per registeration.
Ensure that your username is not more than 20 characters, and does not have any symbols,
such a @ or &
or # etc.
An email will be sent to your primary email address for verification. Click on the
activation link to
verify your account. If the link does not work, please copy the entire URL into your
browser, noting that
it may run onto a second line. Ensure to check the SPAM folder.
You will be directed back to the website with a message saying, “Your Email Address is
successfully
verified! Please login to access your account”.
PUBLISHING THE SELLER:
If you have already registered as a Seller, provide the Seller
login
credentials on "Seller Login" form egseller.giftiser.com, and go the Seller
Dashboard.
If the LOGO/ image is not already there, Click on the box on the left corner that says, “Drop
Image Here
to Upload, or click to select one”, to upload your company logo/ image. Ensure that the file
being uploaded
is a PNG file. Select the file wisely. You can change the file later whenever you like. It is
also
preferred to
remove the background of the logo. The latest Microsoft paint application allows you to remove
the
background and convert a picture file to PNG format.
Providing a clear Company Logo is mandatory, OR alternatively providing a picture of the
Storefront in
place of the Logo is mandatory. If the existing Logo/ Picture is not satisfactory, you may
provide another
logo/ picture and the old one will be deleted.
Click on the box at the bottom right corner that says, “Drop File Here to Upload, or click to
select one”,
to upload the file that shows your business as a legal entity with local authority. Please
ensure that the
size of the file is not more than 0.5 MB and PNG file format is preferred. The latest Microsoft
paint
application allows you to convert a picture file to PNG format.
Providing a Company registeration Certificate is not mandatory, But Giftiser Administration may
request in
certian cases or issues.
Click on the link at the bottom that says, “Add Bank details” to provide information about your
financial
institution and account where you will receive monies. You may choose to fill this information
at a later
stage. You may just write "Nil" for the Bank Name and "0000" for the account number, if you want
to do it at
a later stage. Note that payments for Giftisers can not be processed if the bank information/
payment system
is not available.
Click on the Location icon and see if the primary address is correct and active. It is already
entered
there from the Registeration process. You may click on the add button to enter the location of
your
business. You may edit the location also. Ensure that your primary location is complete and
matches with the
address given on the registration document you uploaded. You may provide more than one
locations, if you
have more than one retail locations for your business. It is advisable to enter the name of the
company with
the address, because this allows the maps software to find the location quickly and exactly.
Click on the Categories icon, and add Categories of your Products and Services. You may select
more than
one Categories if your business deals in more than one categories. Ensure that the nature of
Business is
adequately covered by selection of categories. You may ask the Giftiser Administration to add
more
Categories, if needed. You can see the available categories on the main web page also. Ensure
that you
always select and enter categories keeping in mind that the visitors will use the search field
or the filter
fields on the main website, and your category selection will bring them to your posting. e.g.
Always select
the primary category for your business. Such as "Restaurant" is a primary category for a
business that sells
food, and "Seafood" or "Italian Style" will be the secondary categories. By selecting "Seafood"
only, many
visitors will not be able to come to your post, as mostly people search for "Restaurants" and
not "Seafood".
Click on the Brands icon, and add the Brands of your products and services. You may also create
a new/
custom Brand if the desired Brand is not found in the list. If you are a "Self Brand", you may
Select it
also. You may select "Many" also. Please ensure you do not add a brand if it already exists. The brands displayed on Giftiser must be manufacturer brands, product brands, and individual lines (like Nike, Adidas, Toyota, Apple, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, and Prada) and NOT service brands or retailer brands or organisational names (like Walmart, Sephora, Credo, Shoppers Drug Mart, Target, Panda, and Lulu). If a retailer sells many product/ manufacturer brands, ensure to list as many as possible. e.g. Sephora is a retail store/ business, who sells hundreds of different product brands. Sephora may not be a product brand itself. Please see https://www.sephora.com/brands-list. At some point Sephora might have started manufacturing and labelling its own products, such a "Sephora Collection". In this case you must add the different brands that Sephora sells, in addition to Self Brand.
Click on the Ages icon, and add the Ages suitable for your products and services. You may select
more than
one Age groups if your business deals in more than one Age groups.
Click on the Genders icon, and then add button the Gender for which you offer your products and
services.
Only when all of the above parameters (Locations, Categories, Brands, Ages, Genders) have been
added, you
will be allowed to publish your profile on the main page of Giftiser.com.
Click on the “Publish Status”, review the information added by you if
satisfied, Click on
“Publish button”. Your profile will now show on the main page of Giftiser.com.
Any change
you make after publishing will require you to Publish again, so that the changes are updated on
the main
page of Giftiser.com.
Please note that your profile even though published on the main page of Giftiser.com still
awaits Admin
approval. When your business is approved by the Giftiser Admin, you will be notified. Once
approved, Click
on the Posts icon, and select the Value, Quantity and the Promotion Package for posting
Giftisers.
After selecting Giftisers, Publish again. Click on the button that says, “Publish
Status”. You will view a summary of the information to be posted. If you agree with
the
information, Click on the button that says “Publish”. You will see a message on
the top
saying, “Your post has been published.
You can logoff. Please logoff always when you have finished working on the Seller dashboard.
Open www.giftiser.com to view your business information and the Giftisers posted by you and
other Sellers.
Ensure that the logo and pictures etc look nice, otherwise login as seller again, fix the
issues, and
publish again.
If you want to change your email address or edit any other basic information about your company,
you can
click on the edit button next to the company name in the Company Profile Tab.
• Promoting your Business..
Sellers with a profile on Giftiser.com can promote their businesses and products as follows;
If you have already registered as a Seller, provide the Seller login credentials on
"Seller
Login" form and go the Seller Dashboard.
Click on the Promo icon, and enter all the information required on the form, as follows.
About us: Provide an introduction of your company in less than 500 words.
First Information: Provide the Make or Brand of your best product that you want to promote.
Second Information: Provide the Model Number of this product that you want to promote.
Third Information: Provide any other information about this product that you want to
promote, or you may
leave it blank.
Fourth Information: Provide any other information about this product that you want to
promote, or you
may leave it blank.
Condition: Choose between New, Not New, Vintage etc.
Gender: Select the Gender for which this product is best suited.
Age: Select the Age Group for which this product is best suited.
Country of Manufacturer: Select the Name of the Country where this product was manufactured.
Year of Manufacturer: Provide the Year in which this product was manufactured.
Colour: Select the Colour of this product.
Currency: Select the Currency in which this product can be sold.
Selling Price: Provide the Selling Price of this product.
Reduced Price: Select the Older Selling Price in which the product was previously sold. This
price is
preferred to be higher than the New Selling Price to attract the Buyers.
Stock Status: Select if this product is in Stock or will be Custom Manufactured.
Stock Quantity: Provide the quantity in which the stock of this product is available in the
store.
Item Location: Select the Country in which this product is available to be purchased as a
walk in
customer.
Description: Describe your Product in more detail and ensure to provide information which
could not be
provided above. or you may leave it blank.
Facebook Link: Provide the link to your Facebook Page, or you may leave it blank.
Twitter Link: Provide the link to your Twitter (X) Page, or you may leave it blank.

promote their products or services, and acquire feedback from their customers. Sellers can also publish
their
Giftisers, Rate lists, Store Timings, Categories, Customer range, Market Segments, Locations,
Specialties,
Offers and Menus.
Anyone can act as an Agent to facilitate and publish the Sellers. The Agent ensures that the Seller
information
is correct, and appropriatly selected to represent the Seller in the best possible way. When Sellers
decide to
join Giftiser, they will have their information ready for them. In the same way the information entered
by the
Agent will help the Visitors in finding a wide range of Sellers in the Market, and to make informed
choices from
multiple options.
Before starting work, familiarise yourself with the information posted on giftiser.com. The HELP section provides more
information also.
Conduct a web search to find the Sellers you will enter on the website. You can also check
Google Maps,
Yelp, Yellow Pages, Michelin Guide, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor, City
Business
Directories etc. You may also make a quick list on a piece of paper or in MS excel, so that it
is easier to
remember and track the outcome of your research. Please ensure that you find a diverse mix of
sellers with
diverse categories from all over the world. Please do not add businesses which might be
considered offensive
or may be considered as unfair or illegal operations, or in violation of copyrights, etc.
Small to Medium size businesses are preferred, and can be from anywhere in the world.
Large Global franchises like McDonalds or Nandos are not preferred
Online businesses like Amazon, AliExpress, Hunger Station with no display stores are not
preferred.
Check and search on giftiser.com to ensure that the seller you want to add does not already
exist and you
are not duplicating.
Browse thru giftiser.com, to understand which categories of businesses are being added.

have the login credentials, you can login and enter the Agent dashboard.
The dashboard maintains a list of all the entries you make on Giftiser.
Click on the PLUS icon on the top left corner of the table and start filling the form "Add
Seller By
Agent" that requires information about the Seller and their Company.
You may ask the Giftiser Support Team to walk you through; or they may add a sample Seller for
you, to
understand better.
The following Points are of utmost importance while filling the form
The Seller Company name should be exact as found on the internet. (e.g. "Okonomiyaki Kiji")
Please confirm not to change, mismatch or confuse one company with with other companies.
Do not use All CAPS for any data entry.
The username should be selected as a representative of the Company Name. (Okonomiyakikiji1).
The username should not be longer than 20 characters. Avoid extra long usernames, and ensure
that the
username does not have any symbols, such a @ or & or # etc.
Add Number 1 to the end of the username (Okonomiyakikiji1). The number 1 is added because
the seller may
want to add more users to its own dashboard such as (Okonomiyakikiji2), or
(Okonomiyakikiji3) later.
The application will automatically generate a password, same as the username. If not please
Copy paste the username as-is to the password field. The password generated is and should be
exactly same as the
username.
(Okonomiyakikiji1). This is the most important aspect of this form. Once the form is saved
the passwords
are encrypted and can not be retrieved. Knowing that the username and password are same,
does not require
remembering the password. The Sellers when they choose to, may change their passwords, as
they wish.
The application will automatically generate an email alias, same as the username. If not,
please Copy paste the username to email field. The Email address should use the username
with
one-ppm domain.

The Address should be easy to follow and must be exact for GPS location tracking and finding
directions.
(e.g. 9-20 Kakudacho, Kita-Ku Shin Umeda Shokudogai, Osaka 530-0017, Osaka Prefecture, Japan). Ensure to add the city name and the country name in the address field. It is not necessary but advisable
to enter the name of the company with the address, because this allows the maps software to
find the
location quickly and exactly. While adding Street addresses and city names, ensure to place commas. Note that a space is required after the comma, not before the comma. (e.g. 9-20 Kakudacho, Kita-Ku Shin Umeda Shokudogai, Osaka 530-0017, Osaka Prefecture, Japan).
While adding the Country and the City ensure that the correct city is being added. If you do
not find a
city that you want, ask the Giftiser Support team to add it for you. You may choose the
nearest city and
complete the form, and ask later to change. (Country = Japan, City = Osaka)
Add the website, if the business has a website, otherwise use the links from facebook,
instagram,
tiktok, GoogleMaps etc. Ensure that the URL is not a million letters and with No symbols to
avoid
overflow. Do not post facebook or insta page, if the seller has a website. Do not add google
or tiktok
link if the seller has a website.
You can also use the shortlink of googlemaps GPS location share such as
https://g.co/kgs/QDzHihW, if
website does not exist.
Provide the phone number of the business, as seen on the websites, google maps, facebook
etc. Do not use
spaces in numbers. Provide full phone number with 00 country code & city code. You may add
the + sign
instead of 00. The users should be able to click the number and dial directly from their
phones rather
than having to edit the number before making a call. Use existing norms of calling with
phones. It is
preferred not to add dashes and brackets. Spaces are allowed.
Upload the Logo of the business if available. Try to make the picture as square as possible.
PNG format is preferred.
If logo is not found, use your camera while standing in front of the store, or snip a
picture of the store, shop, etc that represents the store. Please
upload a clean
and presentable logo/ picture. Do not use bad quality. Do not squeeze, skew or extend the
logo/ picture

After you have filled all the required fields, Save, and Go back to the list on your dashboard.
Check if
the information has been listed. The Status of the Seller shall show as "Registered".
If a Seller entry is not Acceptable, or it turns out to be a duplicate, or the username and

not match, or for any reason when it did not meet the requirememts set above, the Giftiser
Administrator may
make the entry status "inactive".
