Whilst growing up in Sebnitz in East Germany, I always knew I wanted to travel the world. After I finished my hospitality degree in Germany I decided to start my journey in the UK. Over the past twenty years I have been fortunate enough to work for some of the most prestigious restaurants in London such as Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the Mandarin Oriental, the Lanesborough, the Connaught and Richard Branson’s Roof Gardens. Throughout my career I have undertaken various roles. I worked as Chef de Rang on the restaurant floor, as Sommelier Assistant, behind the bar and also in reservation and events. I have a fondness for art and have a degree in Art Management from the DeMontford University. It is a great pleasure to bring all of my skills and experience into the Rose and Crown and to make this the destination pub in Enfield, whilst still being at the heart of the community.
